CURRY AVOCADO SOUP (serves 1-2)

½ Avocado, medium

3 Sundried tomatoes (soaked/drained)

1 Garlic clove (medium)

½tsp Curry powder

1 Date

1T Nutritional Yeast

½tsp Sea salt

1¾C Water
